08/10/2008: ballot result
29/11/2008: selection of flats
29/12/2009: start of tender
06/02/2009: tender closing but extend
20/02/2009: tender posptoned again
04/03/2009: Closing of tender date
01/03/2009: signing of lease starts
Gonna update when the construction starts.. I keep thinking the whoe process of getting the flat was really slow.. but then i found that Punggol breeze bto was in June last year and they are also just signing the agreement lease too.. so we are considered fast already .
