Whenever this customer calls me, Im so fustrated that I feel like crying. Not becos she screams or wat. Just that she always muz have her way even though it's not our company's fault..Damn unreasonable bitch!!
Well.. hope that later my day will be better... dun wanna get myself moody for this kind of person!! So not worth the energy loh...
